About Flamingo Bikes Bonaire

My name is Jelmer Krap, founder of Flamingo Bikes Bonaire and co-owner of Bonaire Bikes. For over 14 years, I have been working with passion on bicycles and bicycle technology. During my career, I have gained experience at various leading companies in the bicycle industry, including the Cannondale factory, and I achieved a 2nd place finish at the Dutch Bicycle Technician Championship in 2019.

I also worked for the professional cycling team Beat Cycling, where precision and reliability were central to daily life. I bring that experience with me to Bonaire, where I have realized my own dream: a modern bicycle shop focusing on quality, craftsmanship, and personal service.

Flamingo Bikes works closely with Bonaire Bikes. Through this collaboration, we can provide residents and visitors of Bonaire with high-quality bicycle rental, sales, maintenance, and repairs, supported by years of experience and an extensive network within the bicycle industry.

Whether you want to rent a bike, need professional maintenance, or are looking for your next bike, you are very welcome with us.

Ride. Explore. Enjoy Bonaire.
